On and Off hire Surveys – Condition Surveys
The IPC o/o surveyor lists the actual condition of the vessel prior or at commencement of the hire period to be able to documents the attribution of damages.
Our o/o surveys are based on industrial standards. All our surveyors use a fixed procedure. In addition we are able to provide specific reports concerning tank coating, pump capacity, ventilation, cooling plant, compressors or ballast pumping. When dealing with highly delicate and technical matters a team of two surveyors can be sent on mission to cover deck and engine room when needed.
Vetting and Safety inspections
A factual survey performed at any possible moment in time to see if the vessel complies with relevant legislation and accepted industry recommendations / practices in respect of safety, pollution prevention and operational procedures. For every type of vessel or trade a specialist out of our team is chosen to attend for inspection.

Reporting
A complete report, clearly written, documented with necessary and explanatory photos and sketches follow each inspection, investigation or loss control activity. This hard cover report provides our Principals with extensive explanations on what happened and how, provides them with advise so that the same losses do not occur on a future date or as a powerful tool in case of a claim or lawsuit.
